11/11 tour update.

11/8: Philadelphia @ The Khyber- By far the best show of the tour! We played w/ a great Philly band, The Screaming Rattlers. We played great! Everything is right for a moment.

11/9: Cambridge, MA @ All Asia: BRUTAL! Just brutal! Please don’t ask.

11/10: Pittsburgh @ Howler’s Coyote Cafe: I visited the Giant Eagle grocery store which is pronounced something like Gin Ehgoh in Pittsbugheese. We play our asses off for a few sober people and a REALLY drunk guy named Keith that thinks we “have the language.” We make no money.

New album is finished…

The new Ada Jane record, “Again…Again,” is finished and will be released
in August. Also, Ada Jane will perform at NxNE in Toronto in late June.

Down the Highway

Well today they came with the pulleys and the cranes and
they carried my home away.
Took a hundred wheels and cables made of steel and
machines that looked like men.
Well I’m sorry to say I checked my pockets for
change, and I can’t make it out that way.
Got a need to tame and a back to
break. There’s just not enough hours in the day.

Got no time to play.
My
house is being dragged on down the highway.

Devouring the day-olds. Forgot
about the fresh that are ripe and rotting on the vine.
There’s this girl that
haunts my head, but I can’t afford to show her a good time.
